Many people although they might not be in the office, you will find that they are always checking in their employees by calling them, or they are checking on the emails, adjusting work calendars and even they will be available if needed. Unplugging from work for some hours is one of the best way to create a better work life balance; you can start by switching off your phone after you enter your house so that you can have some time to relax, make dinner, take a shower, or you can have a good time with your family. It would be good if you make a culture of leaving work in your office so that when you are outside the office you can be able to concentrate on other things that will make you relax and keep you motivated.

You should make self-care your priority.
Most tech entrepreneurs allow work to occupy all the space in their life that they don’t find time to do anything else.
